KlimaHaus - CasaClima

The CasaClima Agency, based in Bolzano, certifies the comfort and energy efficiency of the building. It is a company formed with a majority public shareholding and therefore is impartial in the selection of materials and the type of design. The Agency was established with the aim of reducing energy consumption in Italian homes, which currently is amongst the worst in Europe.

Houses built according to the CasaClima criteria are avant-garde and comply with the thermal parameters that will be required in the future. The main features of CasaClima are:

A CasaClima home is conceived with a high quality standard with the intention of eliminating any construction defects right from the design stage. This leads to a new concept of living in homes designed with high quality standards, comfortable and healthy environments, high-efficiency thereby minimizing operating costs and better awareness and respect for the environment. All certified CasaClima homes are identified by the tag attached to the building that indicates the energy class, which is awarded upon completion of the construction.
